Please check the goods for any transport damage immediately upon receipt. Please report obvious damage to the delivery person immediately and inform us promptly.

Credit card
During the checkout process, you provide your credit card details. Once you have been verified as the cardholder, the payment is processed automatically. Shipping takes place immediately.
PayPal
After the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPal. Registration is required. The payment is processed directly and shipping takes place immediately. Please note: The address from your PayPal account will be used automatically.
Klarna Instant Transfer
After the ordering process, you will be redirected to the provider Sofort GmbH. To be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. The payment will be processed immediately and your account will be charged. Shipping takes place immediately.
Klarna Invoice
With Klarna PayLater, you have the option to pay by invoice. Your order will be shipped immediately, and you have 30 days to transfer the amount to Klarna. You will be informed by Klarna via email about the exact payment process. Klarna reserves the right not to offer these payment methods to certain individuals. We have no influence over this.

Can I purchase on account?
We offer payment by invoice through the service provider Klarna.
In the past, we tried to offer alternative methods without Klarna – such as a payment slip included in the package. Unfortunately, we had to discontinue this option after countless unpaid orders. As a small business, we cannot afford these payment defaults. We hope you understand our position and can find an alternative payment method.
Purchasing by invoice through Klarna offers both us and you a certain level of security. As a service provider, Klarna ensures that you receive the products you ordered – or we do not get paid. On the other hand, Klarna also ensures that invoices do not remain unpaid. Sounds fair, right?
Where can I enter a discount code?
You can easily redeem your voucher or discount code when placing your order in the online shop. To do so, enter the voucher code into the voucher field (discount code) in the checkout area and confirm it. Click the button with the arrow (on mobile) or the "Apply" button on your PC.
Discount codes and vouchers cannot be redeemed at one of our retailers. Furthermore, we cannot add them to an order retrospectively.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
3 to 7 working days
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we can currently only ship to Austria and Germany. We are working on offering shipping to further countries.
Can I specify a different billing address?
Yes, you can specify a different billing address during the final step at checkout. Please note, however, that the printed invoice will still be included in the package. If you would like to receive an invoice by email, simply contact us at office@stiro.at
When paying with PayPal, it is not possible to specify a different billing address. The address details transmitted to us from your PayPal account will be used. This is the only way for PayPal to guarantee buyer and seller protection.
How does the 30-day trial work?
You order your STIRO, train with it, and decide in your own time. If you are not convinced within 30 days, send the mat back to us and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note, however, that the costs for return shipping are to be borne by you.
