Regardless of your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days), we are voluntarily giving you 30 days to test your product!
Why? It is important to us that you can try out your product in your own home. Where you feel comfortable. Without any stress. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order to us.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the item.
How the return process works
Step 2
Pack the return securely and send the package to the address on the return form.
Step 3
As soon as your package arrives at our facility, we will inspect the contents within 7 days and refund your money using the original payment method.

Can I exchange my product?
If you would like to exchange your product for another, please simply initiate a standard return. Once we have confirmed the return, you can order the new item you would like from our shop.
Exceptions to the right of return
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This applies firstly to products that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (sealed cosmetic products). We can only accept these back if they are in their original packaging.
Secondly, this applies to personalized products or products made to customer specifications. Returns are also not possible for gift cards or vouchers.
Is the return free?
No, we are a very young company and unfortunately cannot offer free returns at this time. However, we have extended your return period to 30 days - because we are truly convinced of our products.
How does the 30-day trial work?
You order your STIRO, train with it, and decide at your leisure. If you are not convinced within 30 days, you send the mat back to us and receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note, however, that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
